Antoine Merour
Antoine is a full-time student at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business pursuing concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Strategy and General Management. Prior to coming to Booth, Antoine worked as a Senior Consultant in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing for major French Companies such as the French National Railway (SNCF). Before that, he led the international development of a French Express Logistics Company (Tat Express) through acquisition of major international key accounts (such as Dell) and the creation of a pan-European network of independent partners. Antoine is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Lille (general engineering school) with a concentration in Supply Chain Management and Logistics.

Antoine is passionate about sports and martial arts. He started practicing Viet-Vo-Dao at the age of 14 and taught it for 4 years in college. During his free time he loves reading and playing video games (well until he went back to school and then video games disappeared from his everyday life). When it comes to books Antoine especially loves reading Fantasy (David Gemmel, Raymond E. Feist, Tad Williams, etc.), Science Fiction, Business, Psychology and Mangas.

Kurt Leo Davis Jr.
Kurt’s concentrations at Booth are Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Finance and Operations Management. Kurt grew up in Syracuse, New York. Kurt works from Chicago for Kukula Capital (in Zambia) focusing on investments in Zambia and other sub-Saharan countries in construction and natural resources. Prior to Chicago Booth, he worked with Swicorp, S.A. in Tunis, Tunisia focusing on investments in the Middle East and North Africa in energy and consumer products. He has worked in India, the U.K., and the Philippines. He holds a J.D. (Tax Law and Corporate Law concentrations) from the University of Virginia. He is barred as a lawyer in Massachusetts and New York. He has taken classes in France, Ghana, India, and Nicaragua. This summer, he is studying advanced Portuguese in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and interning with the African Development Bank in Tunis, Tunisia. Kurt is also Co-Editor in Chief of Chicago Business newspaper and Co-Chair of Chicago African Business Group.

Thierry Coustillac
Thierry studied Computer Science at ESSI, Engineering School. After graduation, he joined IBM as a software engineer and was based in both Paris – France and Raleigh – NC. He focused on the Telco and Retail industries during three years. He also has a financial background as he studied Financial Engineering at ESSEC, Business School, and worked in the securities industry for Societe Generale investment banking in Tokyo – Japan. Thierry is passionate about foreign languages and music. At Booth, Thierry is pursuing concentrations in Strategic Management and Analytic Finance. He is a co-chair of two student groups: the Chicago Asia-Pacific and the French MBA student groups.

Youssouf Fadiga
Youssouf is a full-time student at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business pursuing concentrations in Finance, Accounting and Strategy. Prior to Booth, Youssouf worked at PricewaterhousCoopers (PwC) Paris office, first as a Financial Auditor and then as a Consultant in Transaction Services. Before PwC, Youssouf worked as an Internal M&A Analyst at Shell with a focus on Africa and Europe. In parallel, Youssouf co-founded KIbaro SARL. Youssouf is a graduate student of EDHEC Business School with a concentration in Finance.
Youssouf is passionate about sports, mainly football (i.e. the real one). He is a dedicated fan of F.C. Barcelona, A.J. Auxerre and of Asec d’Abidjan. In addtion, Youssouf is a great lover of awesome foods! Cheers
